Para evitar estragos e aproveitar ao máximo o verão separamos 5 dicas para manter seu cabelo saudável e bonito.

1- Hidrate os fios SEMPRE! A piscina, sol, mar e suor são agentes que fragilizam a cutícula dos cabelos e facilitam a perda de nutrientes.


2- Tente ao máximo deixar as madeixas naturais. Dê férias aos secadores, chapinhas e babylisses por esse tempo, eles merecem e seus cabelos também! As ferramentas que utilizam calor são extremamente prejudiciais para os fios, o calor pode desnaturar a queratina, responsável pela elasticidade e resistência dos fios. Se precisar usar o secador opte por temperaturas mornas, não deixe o foco muito tempo na mesma região.

3- Aposte em cosméticos com proteção solar: Os raios degradam a tirosina e fenilalanina, aminoácidos que dão resistência a queratina, deixando os cabelos fracos e quebradiços. Além disso podem causar queimaduras no couro cabeludo.


4- Evite prender os cabelos: Se os fios forem muito puxados e tracionados na hora de prender podem acabar quebrando. É importante prender as mechas apenas com o cabelo bem seco.

5- Dê atenção especial ao couro cabeludo! O couro cabeludo é a fonte dos fios, utilize produtos adequados ao seu tipo de cabelo, normal, seco ou oleoso. Banhos mornos ou frios devem ser colocados em prática, pois temperaturas elevadas estimulam a produção de oleosidade.
