Solar protection
It's always good to remember that sunscreen is essential, especially in times when the sun's rays are more aggressive, between 10h and 16h. It should be applied in all parts of the body, at least 30 minutes before sun exposure.

Hydration

For the body, it is important to apply a daily moisturizing lotion, because it helps to maintain the suitable amount of water on the skin and retain the tan. The face can be washed more often, but it is interesting to look for a suitable liquid soap for your skin type, and the bath water should be cold or warm, preventing further dehydration.
The hair also deserve special attention, reinforcing hydration treatment with shades; use of leave-in and silicones to avoid dryness and split ends; washing them more often to keep the wires clean and healthy; avoiding processes that use a lot of chemistry, as dyeing and straightening; and not hold the damp hair, avoiding further damage to wires.
