Carnival brings many upbeat songs, creative costumes, colorful makeup and glitter. But remember that everything in excess is bad and use products the wrong way can cause health problems, as well as skin damage.

Solar protection
Avoid sunburn and wear a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen with minimum SPF in 30 and reapply every two hours. Protect your body and avoid enjoy outdoor activities before 10 am or after 16h.

It is common dehydration this time of year, mainly due to excessive sweating. It is recommended to drink plenty of water, always walk with a bottle and remember to eat fruits and vegetables, that help to consume the nutrients and the amount of water needed daily.

Choose a light fantasy and do not overdo the makeup. Use specific products for skin and trusted brands to avoid contact dermatitis and allergies.
