13 tips on how to detoxify the body

Saber como desintoxicar o organismo é muito importante para a saúde do nosso corpo. Confira as dicas e coloque em prática na sua rotina.

1 – Beber bastante água, em média, 2 litros por dia.

2 – Diminuir o consumo de bebidas alcoólicas e refrigerantes. Essas bebidas são ricas em açúcar e carboidratos, além de gases que incham a barriga.

3 – Consumir mais frutas, verduras e legumes.

4 – Diminuir o consumo de sal. Utilize temperos para amenizar a necessidade de sal. Opte pelo sal marinho (ou sal grosso ao invés do refinado).

5 – Grelhar os alimentos ao invés de fritar.

6 – Melhorar a mastigação e comer mais devagar.

7 – Comer menos carne vermelha. Boi e porco possuem substâncias maléficas e cancerígenas.

8 – Evitar o consumo de açúcar branco (refinado). Opte por mel, açúcar mascavo ou demerara.

9 – Consumir mais cereais e alimentos ricos em fibras, pois estimulam o intestino.

10- Dar preferência para frutas e verduras da temporada. Alimentos da temporada recebem menos intervenção humana.

11 – Cozinhar os legumes a vapor ao invés de ferver, dessa forma o alimento conserva melhor seus nutrientes e você não perde essas substâncias na água.

12 – Não adicione óleo quando for preparar molhos e sopas.

13 – Escolher azeite de oliva ou óleo de coco ao invés do óleo de soja.
